WithersRavenel receives CX-cellence honor for client experience
For the sixth straight year, WithersRavenel’s client experience program has been honored with a CX-cellence award from Client Savvy.
WithersRavenel accepted the honor at the CXps 2023 Conference in Durham. Our firm’s award submission, “Client Experience Workshop 2.0.” For the event, we gathered a mix of government clients, private developers, and economic developers along with members of our company focused on technical and client delivery. The goal of the event is to better understand client pain points and to recognize greater opportunities for tailoring service to specific clients.
The annual CXps conference brings together client experience experts for keynote speeches, breakout sessions, panel discussions, and workshops focused on innovative strategies for customer service.
Also at the conference, WithersRavenel’s Practice Area Lead for Client Experience Don Mizelle, AICP, began the education program required to earn his Client Experience Management Professional (CXMP) certification. The credential recognizes knowledge and leadership in the field along with participation in extensive training.
