For this on-call contract, WithersRavenel has performed land surveying and mapping services for various small to medium capital construction projects in the planning, design, preconstruction, or construction phase. Representative projects have included the following:
- Brooks Park Surveying: This project consists of a phased approach 110 acre park expansion including survey to support roadway improvements, park design, and property assemblage. Currently, WithersRavenel is in Phase 1 of this task and expected to carry through Phase 4.
- Southeast Maynard Road Recombination Plat: WithersRavenel prepared a recombination plat for a 5-acre Town parcel and a 2-acre portion of East Cary Middle School in coordination with the Town and the Wake County Board of Education.
- Bike Course Topographic & Tree Survey: WithersRavenel performed a topographic and tree survey of approximately 3 acres on the 15.36-acre parcel of land.
- Higgins Greenway Phase III Surveying: WithersRavenel is performing boundary, topographic, and tree surveys and will prepare 16 easement plats for 6.3 acres identified for development into a segment of greenway.
- Town of Cary Regional Library & Parking Deck Recombination Plat: WithersRavenel prepared a recombination plat for the 10 parcels on the future Cary Regional Library and downtown Cary parking deck location. The 10 parcels together are approximately 6.8 acres and will be recombined into 7 lots.
- O’Kelly Chapel Road Survey: WithersRavenel is working with the Town on boundary, topographic, wetlands and tree surveys for the 5-acre parcel for design purposes.
