WithersRavenel prepared an IDF grant application and master plan for a 118-acre site, including due diligence, preliminary engineering, Certified Site program management, and community engagement.
Site improvements will include 1,250 LF of new roadway, a turn lane from Patetown Road into the campus, sidewalks along one side of all new roadways, and new wet and dry utilities, including water, sanitary sewer, gas, and electric service.
To support these proposed improvements, WithersRavenel will design grading, erosion control measures, and stormwater drainage. The firm will also provide environmental support and construction assistance as needed.
