A vision for the future: Brock Storrusten takes reins as WithersRavenel Chief Strategy Officer
Brock Storrusten, PE, has been promoted to Chief Strategy Officer at WithersRavenel. In this new role, Brock will lead our company’s overall strategic planning for our collaborative growth in our people, clients, partners, geography, and expertise as WithersRavenel continues to evolve.
As our previous Private Sector Chief Growth Officer and Director of Land Development, Brock guided our private sector growth strategy, implementation, project delivery, and client services. His extensive background in development combined with his municipal and infrastructure experience positions Brock well to set his sights on opportunities for growth and collaboration as he shapes WithersRavenel’s long-term vision.

Brock has worked for WithersRavenel since 2016. He is a legislative advocate for the engineering industry as the Chair of the Legislative Committee of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) North Carolina chapter. He also serves on the Town of Cary’s Economic Development Committee, and is a past member of the Town’s Planning & Zoning Board.
Brock is a licensed Professional Engineer with more than 30 years of experience. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from North Dakota State University.
