WithersRavenel welcomes Garrett Otten, PE, as a new Client Experience Manager.
Garrett’s background includes more than 15 years of engineering, design, due diligence, and land development experience. Additionally, he has worked in leadership positions with a focus on project management, attention to budgets and deadlines, and complex problem-solving.
His range of project experience is extensive. From retail centers and residential communities to multi-site rollouts for national chains in the Triangle and across the country, Garrett has helped a variety of clients meet their development goals. He also has experience in the utility-scale solar market.
By building relationships and working to understand client needs, Garrett will help WithersRavenel clients lay the foundation for project success. His technical knowledge will help inform both clients and our project teams as we take your plans from concepts to concrete.

Garrett graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University.
