WithersRavenel takes great pride in living up to our core values every day, and it is with great pleasure that we announce that Glynn Fleming, PE, CFM, will lead our Utilities practice and Clark Maness, PE, will take on a senior leadership role in Utilities. These leadership changes reflect WithersRavenel’s mission of giving, growing, and creating together while strengthening our presence in North Carolina.
Our success is built not on any one individual but on the collective talent, dedication, and innovation of our entire team. These promotions solidify our ability to continue delivering exceptional service to our clients and drive WithersRavenel’s shared vision and mission forward.
Glynn Fleming, PE, CFM
With more than 14 years in the industry, Glynn has been an integral part of the WithersRavenel Client Experience team for nearly 5 years, demonstrating exceptional leadership, dedication, and expertise in the public sector. Glynn previously served as the Director of Client Experience, Public. In this new role, Glynn will continue to grow our Utilities practice in critical growth markets and sustain the current success WithersRavenel has with our clients across North Carolina.
He has led many of WithersRavenel’s most important public infrastructure initiatives related to the funding, designing, and constructing municipal drainage improvements, drinking water infrastructure, and wastewater infrastructure, including the Town of Clayton’s transmission improvement project and the City of Sanford’s ongoing merger and regionalization effort.
Clark Maness, PE
As an award-winning engineer, Clark leads multidisciplinary teams on water and wastewater plant projects, as well as water and sewer line projects. Clark’s dedication to his work, his excellence in project management, and his willingness to give extra effort to bring success to our projects and provide our clients with outstanding customer service are why he is well-positioned to enter this crucial leadership role.
Some of Clark’s most notable projects include treatment plant and well improvements for the Town of Red Springs; water and sewer system improvements for the towns of Goldston, Leland, and Dunn, among others; and design-build projects including Project Butter in Goldsboro and Southern Oaks in Fuquay-Varina. His passion for helping small- to mid-sized North Carolina communities with safe water is reflected in his lengthy list of clients and notable projects.
WithersRavenel is excited about the future of our Utilities practice and the opportunities ahead to build upon their collective success. We invite you to contact Glynn and Clark to learn more, or to just say hello:
