Glynn Fleming joins WithersRavenel as Client Success Manager
WithersRavenel welcomes Glynn Fleming, PE, CFM to the company as Client Success Manager.
Glynn brings 10+ years of multi-disciplinary engineering design and project management experience in the public sector. He has a track record of delivering tailormade general consultation and engineering management services to a variety of municipal clients. His areas of technical expertise include the design and construction of drinking water transmission and distribution systems, wastewater collection and conveyance systems, and systems condition assessment and rehabilitation. Additionally, he has led a variety of public initiatives for the funding, design, and construction of municipal drainage improvements, drinking water infrastructure, and wastewater infrastructure; and is well-versed in impact fee development, rate setting, and capital planning.

Glynn holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering, both from the University of Alabama. He has licenses in multiple states as a Professional Engineer and as a Certified Floodplain Manager.
