Ken Orie joins WithersRavenel as Senior Technical Consultant
WithersRavenel is pleased to welcome Ken Orie, PE, to the company as Senior Technical Consultant.
Ken brings a wealth of experience in the areas of water and wastewater conveyance and treatment. He specializes in assisting municipalities from an asset management perspective. His extensive experience in the field includes wet weather planning, asset inventory, flow metering, trenchless rehabilitation, capacity analysis, CIP Development, planning, and both water and wastewater hydraulic modeling.
Grant writing and helping communities find cost-effective ways to solve problems is another strength that Ken brings to WithersRavenel. He is committed to customer service and helping clients, large and small, manage their financial resources while complying with regulations or addressing water and wastewater issues.
“I am excited to be a part of a company that can handle great adversity while still meeting clients’ needs,” Orie said.
Ken graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural and Biological Engineering. He has been a Professional Engineer for more than 20 years, licensed in North and South Carolina, Virginia and Pennsylvania. He is also NASSCO-certified.
