Ted Kallam’s role as Client Success Manager brings extra focus to Piedmont Region
WithersRavenel welcomes Ted Kallam, PE, to the company as Client Success Manager.
Ted will draw upon 32 years of experience with state and municipal public works service to help our public sector on-call clients solve complex engineering problems. His background includes 15+ years with the City of Greensboro, first as Contract Administration, Design Review and Assessment Supervisor. Later, Ted was the Engineering Division Manager, responsible for oversight and supervision of the City’s infrastructure construction and professional services contract process for about $50 million in annual contracts.
His experience with the City of Greensboro offers insights into the needs of WithersRavenel’s local government clients. Also, his broad-based engineering experience informs his commitment to problem solving and customer service. Ted understands the challenges faced by local governments, and will collaborate with municipal officials to develop feasible and affordable solutions.
“I am excited by the opportunity to work with WithersRavenel,” Kallam said. “I look forward to providing excellent service to our clients.”
Ted graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. A longtime Professional Engineer and Certified Public Manager, Ted belongs to the American Public Works Association.
