WithersRavenel welcomes Bill Roark, PE, CPSWQ, as a new Site + Civil Senior Technical Consultant.
With more than 30 years of engineering and consulting experience, Bill possesses a broad range of design and management skills. His diverse background of artistic and engineering experience allows him to provide unique, creative, and functional designs for projects including master planning, multi-phased commercial and medical facilities, and a variety of other site and civil projects for both private and public clients.
Bill’s expertise also includes project budgeting, scheduling and contract services. He is committed to tackling difficult project obstacles while focusing on customer service and delivering results for our clients.
“I’m looking forward to my future with WithersRavenel and the opportunities ahead that will allow me to apply my engineering and planning knowledge in ways that will help our clients realize their project objectives,” Bill said.
Bill graduated with distinction from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Technology and an Associate of Science degree in Architectural Technology. He has also studied commercial art as an apprentice. He enjoys woodworking, a skill he learned from his father, and spending time with his family in Charleston, S.C.
