Recent announcements of grant funding for WithersRavenel public clients have helped our company reach a significant milestone. Our overall grant and loan funding total for municipal partners has now surpassed $1 billion for more than 725 projects, helping our clients fund a variety of services, from vital repairs of infrastructure to new construction to the assessment of community assets.
Our growing Funding & Asset Management (FAM) team works alongside communities on these applications, first by targeting the best funding sources for specific projects, then guiding the overall application process, and later providing critical grant and loan administration services.
We congratulate our clients who recently won grant funding to finance important community improvement efforts. These 2024 successes include:
Town of Hertford: CDBG for Wastewater Treatment Plant Rehabilitation, $3,000,000
Town of Rural Hall: PARTF for Covington Memorial Park Revitalization Project: Phase I, $500,000
Town of Selma: Lead Service Line Find and Replace Project, $2,000,000
Town of Weaverville: Lead Service Line Find and Replace Project, $2,000,000
