WithersRavenel has received the 2017 PSMJ Premier Award for Client Satisfaction. This annual award recognizes top-performing architecture, engineering, and construction firms that have purchased and participated in a client feedback program to increase client satisfaction. The award is presented by the PSMJ, a publisher, education provider, and advisor on architecture and engineering business management, in partnership with Client Savvy, a business management consulting firm that provides on-line computer services enabling registered users to gather, review, and respond to feedback from their clients.
WithersRavenel implemented its first formal client satisfaction program in 2016. Using Client Savvy’s Client Feedback Tool, we can collect and respond to feedback at key milestones throughout the life of a project. Through this contact, our project managers and business development professionals work with clients to our adjust processes to better align with their expectations and increase their overall satisfaction with project execution.
