WithersRavenel received its 2022 CX-cellence award from Client Savvy at the CXps 2022 Annual Conference in Durham. Our firm’s “Client Communication in the Age of COVID” award submission showcased the adjustments to client communication and service during the COVID-19 pandemic. Reflecting successes and lessons learned, our client experience program continues to grow and evolve with the ultimate goal of total customer satisfaction and peerless service.
The award was presented as part of the annual 3-day gathering presented by Client Savvy. WithersRavenel was a sponsor, exhibitor and presenter at the conference. The event brought together professional services firm employees along with client and employee experience experts for educational sessions.
