WithersRavenel’s Charlotte location continues to grow as we build a superlative customer experience for our area clients.
In addition to new team members, we are also expanding our service offerings. We now have a survey field office that will be part of our project teams involved in and around the greater Charlotte area. Our office is at 201 S. Tryon St., Suite 800.
Having an in-house survey team based in Charlotte will ensure seamless services as we meet or exceed project schedule expectations. Moreover, it enables us to handle client needs on short notice in the wider Charlotte-Mecklenburg metro area. With our survey team in the same location as our project managers, engineers, planners, and other support staff, survey reports can be shared, discussed, and incorporated into project work for ideal outcomes.
Leading our survey team in Charlotte is Project Manager Bryan Lackey, PLS, who has 22 years of experience working as a surveyor. His work has included large-scale boundary and topographic projects and ALTA, GPS, and as-built surveys. He has been based in the Charlotte area since 2015, and he brings an excellent understanding of what challenges to expect on projects. Our team has the capability to take on any survey needs immediately.
In addition to survey, our Charlotte office can provide water, sewer, stormwater, site civil, planning, GIS, construction, and funding and asset management services.
