WR leaders address client experience at annual conference
CXps is returning to the Triangle in-person with an event focused on learning, sharing, and growing so all of us can better serve our clients. WithersRavenel will be there, and two of our company’s leaders will lead breakout sessions.
The 2022 annual conference will be May 10-12 at the Durham Convention Center in Durham. Highlights of the event include educational workshops and breakout sessions, networking opportunities, panel discussions, and award presentations.
WithersRavenel Chief Client Experience & Innovation Officer Eddie Staley, GISP, PLS, will lead a workshop session from 2:15-4:45 p.m. May 10. Life Cycle of a Client Experience Programwill be part educational journey and part brainstorming session, where participants will develop a greater understanding of the client experience and equip themselves to address future challenges.
Additionally, WithersRavenel Chief Strategy Officer Brock Storrusten, PE, joins Client Savvy President Blake Godwin for a breakout session 9:45-10:45 a.m. May 11. How to Conquer the Talent Warwill focus on creative problem-solving and how focusing on client experience can also pay dividends in attracting and retaining talented employees.
