WithersRavenel supported the City of Trinity in creating a 10-year Parks & Recreation System Plan, a Park-Specific Master Plan, and a PARTF grant application for Phase 1 of the City of Trinity’s first park.
The process began with site evaluations and community input, including outreach at a local football game and an online survey. A Steering Committee and key stakeholders, including Randolph County Schools and City leaders, guided early concepts.
WithersRavenel then developed system-wide recommendations and a site-specific master plan, which were reviewed with staff and presented at a public event in December 2024. After revisions, the City Council adopted the plans in March 2025, and the team submitted and was awarded a PARTF application providing up to $500,000 in grant funding.
