Uncommon Wilmington is a 8.5 acre mixed-use development within the City of Wilmington that includes 139 residential apartments; 5,000 SF of commercial space; and 8,000 SF of clubhouse and amenity center space. There are two large buildings—one four-story building and one three-story building—and 19 townhome units proposed for the development.
The development also involved a 500 LF extension of Jacksonville Street just north of the project and approximately 1,500 LF of roadway improvements, including sidewalk, road widening, and curb and gutter extension, to Jacksonville Street and Franklin Avenue, which surround the south and eastern portions of the development.
