Using conventional surveying techniques, WithersRavenel collects the field data necessary to verify the existing building pad elevations and accurately prepare this form or exhibit to enable construction to proceed smoothly.
Examples of our service offerings include:
- Field Survey of Existing Building Pad Elevations. Our certification work begins with an assessment of the building pad conditions on the development site.
- Field Data Processing & Adjustment. WithersRavenel survey professionals then analyze the data to determine if the grade can be certified or if adjustments are needed.
- Form/Exhibit Preparation. Ultimately, if the proper elevation can be established, we will complete the necessary form and/or exhibit so that building on the development site can proceed.
