Building on your success: Dan Blamowski leads commercial development
WithersRavenel welcomes Dan Blamowski, PE, to the company as our new Director of Commercial Development. In this role, he will help our clients tackle the challenges and obstacles of developing property in the Triangle and throughout the state.
Dan brings more than 25 years of diverse engineering experience to the job. He’s been involved in planning, design and management of numerous projects across the country. From real estate site planning and development to transportation, environmental analysis and construction management, his varied background prepares him well for this role combining hands-on work and leadership responsibilities.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Buffalo. His work experience includes private engineering consulting along with public sector management. Most recently he was responsible for management, design, planning, and construction of facilities for large and complex projects in a state park system. Dan has also taught for 15 years as a community college professor, instructing students in civil engineering and construction applications.
