WithersRavenel welcomes Will Scott, PE, to our Charlotte office, where he will be a Senior Project Manager on our Residential Development team.
Will brings a variety of experience in both the public and private sectors in the Charlotte region. In addition to years of leadership and business development experience in the Charlotte region, Will has worked on residential and commercial projects as both a manager and designer in the Charlotte region. Additionally, Will worked for several years for the City of Charlotte as a senior project manager on a variety of transportation infrastructure improvement projects while playing a key role in the City’s Engineering Division.
His wealth of knowledge and client experience on private development and public infrastructure projects gives him an extensive understanding of the entire development process. From planning to permitting to construction, Will understands the challenges of project management, and his strong design background helps inform his engineering judgment. His focus on adhering to budgets and deadlines while ensuring client satisfaction will make him a valuable project leader in the greater Charlotte market.

Will has a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from North Carolina State University. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two young daughters as well as deep-sea fishing, skiing, and grilling whenever he can.
