This Is How to Conquer It and How We Did It!” at the ACEC 2022 Fall Conference in Colorado Springs, CO, on Tuesday, October 18. They will discuss how using non-traditional thinking will allow employers to proactively win the talent war while improving your client experience (CX) and employee experience (EX). They will also explain how to measure the results of your efforts and identify potential blind spots. Through their experience, attendees will learn how to develop a plan to create win-win-win solutions and become a preferred partner and destination employer.
