A new home development planned for southeast Raleigh brings WithersRavenel and Mungo Homes together on a significant project.
WithersRavenel submitted a Planned Development rezoning application to the City of Raleigh outlining the project. The planned 513-acre development will be along Hodge Road in Raleigh, just south of Poole Road and along the Neuse River.
The development will include a mixture of single-family residential housing, townhomes and apartments, projected to include approximately 1,700-2,000 units. Plans also include a village center with a small-scale neighborhood commercial area. The community will be walkable and bikeable, with sidewalks, trails and park-like amenities and open space along the Neuse River.
WithersRavenel is proud of our partnership with Mungo Homes on this project and others in the Triangle. We look forward to working together more in the future to provide quality development and homes to citizens and communities!
