The design team won an award for the first phase of the project. This phase involved building 417 apartments. These apartments are located above the first Publix grocery store in downtown Raleigh. It also added about 5,000 square feet of retail space. For more details on subsequent phases, click here.
WithersRavenel provided comprehensive land development services for the project, including environmental assessment/remediation, survey, land planning, landscape architecture, and civil engineering. Also, our team led the site plan approval and permitting processes with the City of Raleigh.
