Our project team members provided program facilitation, communication, funding assistance, infrastructure planning, and graphic design services for the Camden Gateway Eco-Business Complex initiative. This multi-phased project will become a regional complex for commercial, professional office, research and development, residential housing, and industrial businesses. This project was implemented with a team approach that included numerous North Carolina agencies working together with Camden County officials.
Our team served as the Project Manager for this initiative and was involved in the recruitment of clean energy businesses for the Eco-Business Complex. Priority was given to a major solar array project, biodiesel business, green business incubator, and wind energy. Our firm has also provided funding research and application assistance, as well as coordinated discussions about the project with key leaders at the state level to solicit support for the initiative.
To date, our firm has helped Camden County obtain more than $3.2 million in government funding for this complex. Additionally, our team has also prepared public information flyers, conceptual illustrations, and presentations on behalf of the County in order to garner public and state input and support, as well as developed marketing collateral packages designed to attract residents, tourists, and targeted industry groups.
