Featured Projects
WithersRavenel completed the design and construction documents for Pleasant Park in 2019, and the Town funded the park’s construction with a bond referendum. Despite construction setbacks due to the global pandemic, associated supply chain shortages, and weather, Pleasant Park opened its doors to the general public with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on November 4, 2023. During the first official weekend, more than 10,000 cars passed through the gates to experience this new destination in the Town of Apex.
The City of Hendersonville partnered with WithersRavenel to re-evaluate its stormwater rate structure. The rate structure aligns revenue generation with the City’s short- and long-term operations, maintenance, and capital improvement needs.
WithersRavenel and T. A. Loving are collaborating with the Wayne County Development Alliance and the City of Goldsboro on a design-build (DB) project, “Project Butter.” Project Butter aims to provide major sewer system improvements, which will drastically reduce infiltration and inflow. It will also aid in bringing more than 160 new jobs to the City of Goldsboro. State funding is helping to finance the infrastructure improvements which, in addition to facilitating economic development, will also provide sewer improvements for Goldsboro residents, businesses, and medical facilities.
At WithersRavenel, we design the places and supporting infrastructure to enhance people’s health, happiness, and well-being. By matching our clients’ vision with multi-disciplinary expertise and a deep well of experience, we help safeguard natural resources, deliver critical utilities, create attractive spaces for recreation and commerce, and drive economic development through planned land use.
What Our Clients Are Saying
The deliverables were vital to our success with the project. It was a complete value add. If not for the WithersRavenel team, it's highly unlikely we would've met deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
