Client Savvy has recognized WithersRavenel with the 2026 Platinum Excellence in Client Experience Award. This award honors our ongoing commitment to exceptional service. It also reflects our focus on trusted relationships and successful outcomes for our clients.
What is the Client Experience Award?
Presented annually, the Client Experience Award recognizes professional services firms that stand out for delivering exceptional client experiences as evaluated directly by their clients.
Platinum recognition
Achieving Platinum recognition reflects our firmwide focus on listening, communicating clearly, and continuously improving the way we deliver projects.
At WithersRavenel, client experience is at the heart of everything we do.
What is the Client Experience Management Program?
Through our Client Experience Management program, our Client Experience Managers work closely with clients. They learn each client’s needs, build strong relationships, and help guide projects from start to finish. By gathering feedback at key milestones throughout the project life cycle, we can better align scope, schedule, budget, and expectations while addressing concerns before they become larger challenges.
This proactive approach helps solve common project delivery challenges, including:
- Inconsistent communication
- Limited visibility into progress and cost
- Misalignment between expectations and outcomes
- Difficulty coordinating across multiple disciplines and teams.
By integrating client feedback into our process, we help clients navigate their project journeys with greater confidence and clarity.
The WithersRavenel Way
Our approach, known as The WithersRavenel Way, is built around a commitment to exceptional client experiences. By meeting with clients at key project stages, like kickoff, design milestones, and closeout, we ensure their voices are heard. We also keep their expectations at the center of our work.
This year’s recognition continues a strong track record of client experience honors for WithersRavenel. The firm previously earned a Gold Award in 2025, Platinum Award in 2024, Gold Award in 2023, and Silver Award in 2022.
As an employee-owned, multidisciplinary consulting firm, WithersRavenel serves public and private clients across engineering, planning, geomatics, environmental, funding, asset management, and related services. The Platinum Client Experience Award reinforces our ongoing commitment to being responsive and collaborative.
Congratulations to our employee-owners on this well-deserved recognition, and thank you to our clients for the trust they place in WithersRavenel.
